Dr. Nikki is a licensed psychologist specializing in assessment and intervention with youth, adults, and families who exhibit defiant/challenging behaviors, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, trauma histories, interpersonal conflict, as well as other school and mental health-related problems. She has extensive training and practice in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Applied Behavioral assessment and intervention, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness and meditation practices, family therapies, and Special Education services and accommodations. Dr. Nikki completed her doctoral degree at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. She completed her Predoctoral Internship at the Florida Consortium for Child & Adolescent Behavioral Health, and her Postdoctoral Residency in Clinical Psychology through Linden Oaks Specialized Assessment and Treatment Services (LOSATS). Additionally, Dr. Nikki formerly held accreditation as a nationally certified school psychologist (NCSP).
Dr. Nikki’s passion for helping to make a positive difference in the lives of others is the driving factor in her work. Much like how each client and family is unique, she believes in using an individualized approach to determining what interventions will be the best fit. Please note that Dr. Nikki does not currently accept insurance and sees clients on a self-pay basis. Her current rates for therapy are $200 for intake sessions and $150 for follow up sessions. Most clients find that they can submit for partial or full reimbursement for these healthcare expenses if they have out-of-network coverage through their insurance plan.
